Happy Halloween!

Halloween Parade Day! We spent our morning having lots of fun! We made a Frankenstein writing project, learned some more about bats, and visited a Haunted House with the Magic School bus. The kids favorite activity of the day was definitely M&M math! 

After what seemed like forever in first grade world, we got ready for our parade day! They were very cute and well- behaved ghosts and goblins!

Our trip to Squam Lakes Science Center: 

We started our day by hiking around to all the animal exhibits! We saw black bears, Eagles and even mountain lions!

 

Next we took a break and ate our lunch before our class with the naturalist! He taught us all about the habitats of the owl, turtle and possum! 

The kids had a blast and we learned so much!
